Install Microsoft's Cyrillic Language Support in either of the
following ways:
Install European Language Support with Internet Explorer:
Find the Internet Explorer installer (ie*setup.exe) on your hard
disk or download it from Microsoft. If you have several versions of it
then choose the latest version.
Launch the Internet Explorer installer and accept the license
agreement.
Select the installation option that allows you to "customize
your browser" and click Next.
Scroll down to Multi-Language Support, check European Language
Support and click Next.
Install Cyrillic Language Support from the Windows NT 4.0
CD-ROM:
Open the Langpack folder on your Windows NT 4.0
CD-ROM.
Right-click on Cyrillic.inf and left-click on Install.
If the installer asks for further NLS files, click
on the Browse button and find them in the i386 folder. Return to
the Langpack folder when asked for the location of files again.

Install Cyrillic Language Support from the Windows 95/98/ME CD-ROM:
Double-click on My Computer, Control Panel and Add/Remove
Programs.
Click on the Windows Setup tab and double-click on Multilanguage
Support.
Check Cyrillic language support, insert your Windows 95/98/ME
CD-ROM, and click OK.
